Dr. Glanz has a Ph.D. from U. Texas at Austin. He trained in clinical psychology at Columbia University and in behavioral medicine at Harvard Medical School. He founded and was clinical director of a multi-state health psychology group. He works with adults with a wide range of personal and professional/career challenges and has expertise with people who have experienced cardiac events. Mindfulness, meditation and cognitive behavioral therapy are some of his tools. With help through the process of growth, with guidance and reassurance, you can thrive. Your amplitude, your life bandwidth and realized potential can shine.
With 35 years’ experience and training in psychotherapy, mind, and consciousness, as your guide, he will help co-navigate your journey. He’ll help you to develop skills which connect you with your intuition, creativity, confidence and potential. He’ll be there to guide and support you through blockages of negativity and obstacles that may surface.
